POOCH RETURNS TO CALIFORNIA
FOR FIRST TIME SINCE 2008, APPEARANCE ON NBC’S LAST COMIC STANDING;
BOOKED AT THE RED CABOOSE IN ANTIOCH
Comedian Michael
“Pooch” Puccini Returns Home To Perform in Northern California Bay Area Before Heading to Las Vegas in
September
(Denver, CO, August
20, 2010) –
After an already eventful year which included a trip to New York to audition
for NBC’s hit television show Last Comic
Standing 7, comedy-show tours up and down the Rocky Mountain region, and an
appearance on Last Comic Standing (including
being featured in the nationwide commercial for the show) Michael “Pooch” Puccini announced today that he will be
returning to California for the first time in two years to perform at the popular
east bay hotspot the Red Caboose in Antioch.
Situated between Oakland and Stockton, the Red Caboose is at 210 Fulton Shipyard Road, Antioch, CA. The show will take place Saturday, August 21,
from 9 – 11 p.m. Admission to the show
is $5 or complimentary with a dinner reservation. For show and/or dinner reservations, please contact
the Red Caboose at 925.777.1921.
Pooch is preparing to continue
capitalizing on his amazing 2010 momentum as he readies himself to head to Las Vegas for the
week-long World Series of Comedy event
in September.
“I’m extremely excited to be returning back to the California Bay Area to perform in my childhood stomping grounds where it all
began,” said Pooch. “It’s a pleasure to be performing at the
comedy night at the Red Caboose, an Antioch
landmark. This has been quite a year for
me professionally – especially with the appearance on Last Comic Standing. A
friend of mine in Los Angeles
told me that she saw me on a commercial for the show while she was watching the Oprah show! And with the upcoming trip to Las Vegas, I feel like my
career is only going to continue to gather steam.”
